Mrs. Stephenson
This is Mrs. Stephenson's third year as a Bobcat and her 6th year teaching. She moved to Texas from Michigan (she is a Wolverine!) and fell in love with Texas. She earned both her bachelor and master degrees from U of M; Teacher Certification Program English/History and Educational Technology- Global Program respectively. She studied abroad in both Northern Ireland and Switzerland and encourages her students to do the same. On a personal note, she has two fur babies that mean the world to her; Tucker and Willie.

Mrs. Conti
Mrs. Amanda Conti hails from the great state of Ohio! She graduated in 2011 from Bowling Green State University in Adolescent Young Adult Integrated Language Arts; English. She has taught for a total of four years; two years in Ohio and two years in Texas. Mrs. Conti loves being a bobcat because "bobcat fight never dies!"

Mrs. Clepper
Mrs. Desiree Clepper has been inspired by literature and driven to write since her years at Cypress Creek highschool and strives to motivate her students to discover the power of reading and writing too. Mrs. Clepper took the road less traveled after high school graduation to fulfill a career she had only read about in books and dreamed of during adolescence. She entered the fast-paced world of horse racing and worked up to becoming a Thoroughbred jockey, which carried her to many cities and states. After six years in the beautiful, yet dangerous, business of horse racing, Mrs. Clepper chose to transform all the journal pages of her exciting adventure into a novel and acquired a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Texas State University while doing so. She discovered her love for teaching and motivating teens while instructing horse riding lessons and traveling with riding students to shows. Mrs. Clepper then went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude with a Masters in Secondary Education. After two years teaching grades 9-12 at a private school and a year spent as a STAAR writing specialist, Mrs. Clepper is looking forward to an incredible career at Cy Fair High School. She strives to transform the freshman of 2014-2015 into amazing writers and enjoyers of literature.

Mrs. Smith
Abigail Smith is a graduate of Sam Houston State University, where she earned a degree in English, specializing in American Literature and Creative Writing. She is a wife and mom of four who enjoys history and movies. Mrs. Smith's goal is to teach with enthusiasm and to help each student enjoy English and find its relevance to daily life.

Mrs. Garner
This is Mrs. Kimberly Garner's 16th year of teaching. She has taught at Cy-Fair High School for 6 years, since she moved from Michigan to Texas. She has a BA in History & English, and a minor in Political Science. She also holds a Master's in Humanities. She has taught both AP classes, and International Baccalaureate classes. While in Michigan she also taught for several years at a private college teaching English and Speech. Mrs. Garner is also the NHS Sponsor here at Cy-Fair High. On a personal note, Mrs. Garner has been married for 14 years, and has 5 children, who all look forward to being a Cy-Fair Bobcat one day.
